Nasser Sotudeh

Nasser Sotudeh is currently a graduate student of Public Informatics at the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University. His research interests include applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in electronic trading, Blockchain technology and AI risks.
With a B.Sc. in Physics and earning his MBA in 2014, Nasser joined Fanamouz, a regional leading company in designing science amusement parks, as commercial director, where he developed cross-functional skills in product design, manufacturing and commercialization. In addition, his professional career has mainly built around startup teams with the idea of providing AI solutions to challenges in sectors such as public wellness. He joined Rutgers in 2019 to pursue his passion in better understanding new technologies in general and AI in particular from a commercialization perspective and as a matter of public concern.
