2023 NJBDA Annual Symposium
Seton Hall UniversityThe 10th Annual NJBDA symposium took place on May 9, 2023, hosted by Seton Hall University. The theme of the event was Big Data in FinTech. Keynote speakers were Kjersten Margaret Moody, Chief Data Officer, Prudential; George Calhoun, Professor and Founding Director of the Quantitative Finance Program, Stevens Institute of Technology; and Marc Rind, Chief Technology Officer – Data, Fiserv. Cyberinfrastructure for Research Data Management Workshop
Princeton University, Edge, Globus, and EPOC (TACC and ESnet, partners of EPOC) are hosting the Cyberinfrastructure for Research Data Management workshop on the Princeton University campus this coming May 23-24, 2023 starting daily at 9 a.m. The in-person workshop is designed to help research computing professionals deploy next-gen cyberinfrastructure that can effectively support data-intensive science.
