Mandy Galante works with the NJ Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Cell – the NJCCIC – as the Education and Training Outreach Coordinator. In her role she focuses on the mission to increase access to cybersecurity learning resources and to create pathways for a diverse cybersecurity workforce. Previous to the NJCCIC Mandy enjoyed 18 years as a high school STEM teacher where she developed an innovative cybersecurity curriculum and coached teams in cyber competitions. She has collaborated with Brookdale Community College to deliver GenCyber Camps as well as serving on the NJ Computer Science Advisory Board and the CS4NJ Garden State Cybersecurity Curriculum Committee. Mandy has been recognized as an AFA Cyber Patriot National Coach of the Year, a Yale Educator and an RIT Role Model Teacher.
