Faculty researchers, IT professionals, and higher education leaders gathered at Princeton University on January 14, 2026 for a workshop entitled “Empowering Secure Data-Driven Research: Leveraging Science DMZ, Globus, and National Cyberinfrastructure Resources“.

Featuring esteemed presenters from Globus, ESnet, Internet2, the American Museum of Natural History, and the National Science Foundation, attendees learned best-practices for conducting and securing data-driven research in high performance computing environments. From moving and securing massive data-sets, to data-centric architecture, this event captivated and informed those in attendance.
